Jenna is a mom of two, a consultant, entrepreneur, sits on two executive boards and volunteers regularly. Pam is a hands on Godmomma and Auntie, an extroverted introvert who makes down time non-negotiable, operates three hands-on businesses and also volunteers regularly.
WMI offers a lot, because we know in different seasons, we may need different things. You take what you need. Join what you feel called to and participate or engage in a way that works for you. We are here to support you through the overwhelm...sometimes that's when you need community the most.

How + why applications?
To maintain the quality of the experiences for members, and what WMI provides, we will open applications on a quarterly basis and cap the cohorts. Each quarter we'll welcome new ambitious women and continue to honor our commitment from orientation to experiences.

What is my investment?
Payments will be made once you have been accepted into WMI.

1: Annual payment of $588 (Save almost 20%!)

2: $59/month (12 month commitment)
**A WMI membership requires an additional $200 commitment that gets you access to our 2 large scale events planned for 2024. These events will donate 100% of proceeds to a charitable organization that will be selected and voted upon by WMI members.

Jenna Knight, Co-Founder
Jenna Knight is a strategic marketing and business building expert with a proven track record of growing and expanding both established brands and small to medium sized businesses alike.
Beginning her career in New York City, working for some of the world's largest brands like Nike, Visa, Procter & Gamble, Keds, NFL, TJX, Jenna executed strategic marketing programs across multiple channels and learned to launch brands, products and platforms from some of the industry's most established veterans. Taking that knowledge and experience, Jenna has built, invested in, and consulted for several rapid-growth start-ups.
Jenna is passionate about female-founded businesses and after nearly 20 years of experience strategically building some of the world's largest brands, she now works directly with female-founded organizations to establish themselves in the marketplace, find unique revenue-generating opportunities, and grow strategically beyond their goals.
